Welcome to Green Duck Energy Solutions!
We are a leader in designing and implementing energy solutions using thin film
solar and wind turbine technologies. We offer cost-effective and
reliable solutions to our customers to supplement their energy needs.
At Green Duck, we believe our innovative solutions will change the landscape of renewable energy by providing the highest quality, cost efficient zero emissions products such as solar panels, wind powered generators, and battery backup solutions. All of our products will be built with Midwest values of ingenuity, teamwork, and pride of workmanship. The Green Duck product line is scalable for use in both residential and light commercial applications.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide our customers with a portfolio of zero emission renewable energy products of the highest quality at affordable procies that will enable them to substantiall improve their energy efficiencies and reduce the carbon footprint.
Our Team
Greg Hawkinson - CEO
A graduate from Minnesota State University, Greg holds a B.S. degree in Philosophy with a minor in Economics and was twice elected as President of the MSU Veteran’s Club. Greg was also the sole proprietor of ACME Appraisals, LLC, a commercial and residential venture that provided trusted market and sensitivity analysis for his client base.

Rich Lehmann - President and CLO
Rich is an attorney specializing in assisting growth-stage companies for the last nine years. Rich was a senior associate attorney for six years with the law firm of Burk & Reedy, LLP in Washington, DC. During his tenure, Rich provided counsel to over fifty businesses in corporate formation, planning and governance, securities law, negotiation, contract formation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Zac Lyons - EVP of Research & Development
Zac is an ASE certified Master Automobile Technician, Service Consultant and Parts Specialist. He also has several ASE truck certifications. Zac attended South Central Technical College, where he took courses in Auto Mechanics. Zac is familiar with and has had training in Six Sigma.

Sue Prosser - Director of Sales and Purchasing
Sue provides an in-depth knowledge of business marketing, graphic design and sales. Sue is 1990 graduate of Mankato State University with a BS Business Management and for the last ten years has been the owner of Projects In Motion, a successful graphic design firm.

Dave Castledine - Special Project Consultant
Dave has a PhD in Jurisprudence and works for the State of Minnesota. Dave brings along a tremendous wealth of employment law and employee rights along with an additional legal background.

Bob Berg - Director of Information Technology
Bob has a degree from the Dunwoody Institute and worked on turbines while in the United States Navy. Bob is currently in the IT field, with our solid-state controls, and also with our IT needs and the development of our website. Bob is a retired US Navy turbine-generator supervisor and technician.
